Form 990 was completed and mailed on 3/20/2021. It was received at the Ogden, UT office on 4/6/2021 and returned to us post marked 10/7/2021. We were under the asumption that the electronic filing was not required until FY 2020. A penalty would be a finanial travesty to our non profit business. Also please consider that is was a difficult year due to the spread of the coronavirus and the inability to conduc nnormal business activities.
