	STANDARD LEASE - To simplify and standardize the apartment lease in Florida, FAA and NAA have developed a standard lease for the use of Florida multihousing owners and managers. Only members of FAA may purchase and use the site license to prepare leases efficiently and in compliance with the latest legislation.

This is one of the premier state multi-housing industry events in the state of Florida, bringing in state and national speakers.

The association has received grants from the state government to help with the administration of this program to its members.

FAA provides a clear, consistent voice for the multihousing industry before the Florida Legislature, the Governor, and the Department of Business & Professional Regulation and other State Agencies.
