| Form 990, Part III, Line 3 | Texas Bridge Credit Union enhanced features of its online and mobile banking program. An online Web Loan Application was added to enable a member to apply for a loan through the mobile application. It allows the members to apply for a loan for a new or used auto from their mobile device. The loan documents can be signed electronically and get the funds without a trip to the credit union. The application is a great convenience for the members. Two factor authentication was added to online banking. An authentication code is sent to a user's mobile device to enter in addition to the password to access their account. This feature provides better security for the members using online banking. |

| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4 | The credit union bylaws were amended during 2020. Chapter III, Section 3.05 of the bylaws was amended to add a new Section 3.05(h) regarding meetings of members. It allows the credit union to hold its annual meeting of the members and special member meetings for authorized purposes virtually and without an in-person quorum if certain conditions apply and are certified in meeting minutes by a resolution of the majority of a quorum of the board of directors. At least all or part of a community the credit union serves; or the credit union's headquarters is located in an area where a federal, state, or local authority has declared a state of emergency or major disaster. The credit union has the technological capacity to facilitate virtual meeting attendance, voting and participation. Members receive at least seven days advance notice of the change to a virtual meeting format and appropriate instructions for how to join, participate, and vote during the virtual meeting. |
