General explanation attachment There is an ongoing issue with the North Providence FOPs EIN number. The North Providence FOP and another Organization have been filing reports under the EIN 05-6000277 with the IRS. A resolution is being worked on with the help of the IRS Taxpayer Advocacy Department; however, a resolution was not reached prior to the due date of the accompanying form 990-EZ.
