    I apologize for submitting the electronic return for Swingin D Horse Rescue after the due date. Unaware of the change in submission requirement, I mailed the completed return on April 11, 2021. When I received notice that the return had not been received by the IRS, I mailed it again in late September. I received notice today that the submission must be e-filed. We are a small, all-volunteer horse rescue and I file our returns myself. I did not see the change in submission requirement until today.
