Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Local 2778 is affiliated with the American Federation of Government Employees AFGE, its parent organization. Under AFGEs National Constitution, all employees of the United States Government and any of its intrumentalities of whatever nature, including military personnel of the armed forces, and of the District of Columbia, and all other persons providing their personal services indirectly to the United States Government are eligible for membership. The Local represents employees of the Veterans Administration, therefore, any employee of this Agency is eligible for membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	As per our National Constitution under Article XI, Section 1a - The general officers of the union shall be elected by the total membership and shall constitute the Executive Board of the Local and shall consist of the President, Treasurer, Secretary and such other officers that the Local bylaws prescribe.
