Explanation:

I failed to file the 990 form for 2019 in 2020 due to caring for my spouse that has pancreatic neuroendocrine cancer and working in human resources for my company trying to navigate COVID in 2020 for our employees. 2020 was an unusual year and I am the only volunteer on our board that knew how to file the form and I was just overwhelmed with both personal and professional events. I did not realize that I had not filed for 2019 until I was completing the 2020 form. I sincerely ask for some leniency for my small non-profit organization. Thank you.
