What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? WEST END SLEDDERS IS DEDICATED TO PROTECTING THE USE OF SNOWMOBILES AND ALL OFF-ROAD VEHICLES. WE WILL PROMOTE SAFETY THROUGH EDUCATION AND TRAINING. WE WILL PROVIDE STEWARDSHIP OF THE TRAIL SYSTEMS, BOTH PRESENT AND FUTURE, THROUGH MAINTENANCE AND REPORTING. WE WILL WORK WITH STAKEHOLDERS IN A SPIRIT OF COOPERATION AND RESPECT.

28 West End Sledders grooms and maintains approximately 200 miles of Forest Service trails used primarily by snowmobilers, but is also available for dog sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and other Winter recreationists. The club owns, operated and maintains two separate trail groomers for two separate trail systems. All trail grooming services are performed by volunteers. No compensation is provided to participants. The club spends approximately 80% of their time on trail grooming activities
