What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Picacho Peak Water Company is a small member owned not-for-profit water utility. The purpose of this entity is to provide a safe and reliable water source to the members, and well as maintaining and upgrading. Picacho Peak Water sells water to its members and charges them based upon usage and meter size. The funds are used to operate the company and pay the related expenses. In addition, the funds are used to make upgrades and capital repairs to an aging system.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
