| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 5 | $89,827.00 was debited from the checking account of the Chaine Des Rotisseurs of the Greater Palm Beaches, Inc. (hereinafter, "the Baillage") paid to the credit card accounts of Ms. Leila Warren (13837 Le Havre Drive, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410) as revealed in an examination of the banking and financial records of the Baillage for the period January 1, 2013 through and inclusive of August 31, 2020. Ms. Warren was the immediate past president of the Baillage. The $89,827.00 was non-receipted and unable to be posted towards approved Baillage expenses. The National Executive Office of the Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs (hereinafter, "the National Office") was informed of the results of the referenced examination in a certain letter dated June 13, 2021 from the Baillage's financial advisor. The letter included a detailed spreadsheet evidencing the non-receipted debit payments to credit cards. On October 12, 2021, the National Office transmitted a certain responsive letter tacitly approving the debits from the Baillage's checking account and, thereby, additionally directing the Baillage to accept, effectively, the non-receipted debits as an approved expense. Because the vast majority of the $89,827.00 had been debited in years prior to 2020 and the current governing body of the Baillage (which assumed control of the Baillage in the second half of 2020) was not a party to the preparation of previous tax returns for the Baillage, the current governing body did not book the $89,827.00 as an approved expense for 2020 but is rather furnishing this information to the IRS in response to the questions and instructions contained on the 2020 IRS Form 990, Section A, Question 5 and Part VII, Section A. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 | The Organization (or "Baillage") had about 20 members in 2020. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a | Although there were no bylaws established by or for the Organization (or "Baillage") in 2020, the custom of the Baillage was to elect the President (or "Bailli") by the general acclamation of the membership of the Baillage. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8a | There were no governing body meetings held in 2020. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b | There were no governing body meetings held in 2020. |

| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b | The 990 is reviewed by the President and Executive Committee of the Organization in sonsultation with the Organization's financial advisor. |
