Describe whether you obtain reports and grade transcripts from recipients, or you pay grants directly to a school under an arrangement whereby the school will apply the grant funds only for enrolled students who are in good standing. Also, describe your procedures for taking action if the terms of the award are violated. We receive copies of grade transcripts each semester before funds are released. If the student violates any terms of the scholarship the scholarship is terminated6 Who is on the selection committee for the awards made under your program, including names of current committee members, criteria for committee membership, and the method of replacing committee members?A copy of the selection committees is attached. At least one member of the committee must for on the Foundation Board. Members are selected from the Rotary Foundation board and the Rotary Club board and we try and assign members based on their background for that scholarship. Some of the committees have a member who currently works in the field on the scholarship.
