	During year end3-31-20, the ACU organized and conducted meetings and conferences around the nation, ACU strives to enhance the awareness of Americans concerned with liberty, personal responsibility, traditional values, and a strong national defense, while also educating state executives and legislative bodies of the need to address the concerns of the American people. The ACU hosted its most successful CPAC in its 53 year history. During CPAC 2020, over 18,000 people attended in person, not including over 2,000 credentialed media, and 8.8 million people watched on YouTube. The ACU also conducted five battleground CPACs around the country including in Prison CPAC.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 is prepared by a Certified Public Accountant. It is reviewed by the Director of Finance and Operations, Counsel, Executive Director, Treasurer, and Chairman, prior to filing with Internal Revenue Service IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Each individual is provided copy of Conflict of Interest Policy. Annually, each individual shall complete Disclosure Form identifying any relationships, positions, circumstances, which he believes could contribute to conflict by he or a family member. Situation is investigated and resolved by Executive Director in conjunction with the Governing Body.
