Form 990, Part XI, Line 5	The endowment Trust Fund is reported at fair market value FMV and during the fiscal year there was a net 31,605 loss of market value.
Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	On November 24, 2019 the Trustees aggreed to instruct the Investment Manager, Boston Private Bank to liquidate 120,000 from the Investment account Trust Fund. The funds were to be held in cash in anticipation of paying off the outstsnding balance of the secured note held by Boston Private Bank subject to a vote of the full membership. On January 2, 2020 the membership held a special meeting and unamously resolved to pay off the scured note held by Boston Private Bank. The liqudation reduced the FYE value of the Investment account by 151,673. The Loan pay off reduced the FYE value of the secured liabilities by 130,406. The net change to Net Asset Values and Fund Balances at FYE was 31,939.
Form 990, Part XII, Line 2	As permitted under Massachusetts rules the Corporation has established an Audit Committee to oversee and review the financial records and procedures of the Corporation.
