Footnote for uncertain tax position under FIN 48 (Part X) The consortium is exempt from federal income taxes under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, donations to the consortium do not qualify for the charitable contributions deduction under the Internal Revenue Code. The Consortium follows the provisions of ASC 740, income taxes, and has determined that as of December 31, 2019, and 2018, the consortium had no material unrecognized tax provisions or benefits. BAC does not expect that unrecognized tax provisions or benefits will materially increase within the next twelve months.
