Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Credit Union of Vermont is a non-for-profit financial cooperative and is owned by its members. As of 12/31/2020 there were 3,240 members of the credit union.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The Credit Union of Vermont is a state chartered credit union and is owned by its members. Each member has one vote at an annual meeting which is held during the first 6 months of the year. Members of the credit union elect a Board of Directors at the annual meeting. Members of the Board of Directors are all members of the credit union and are not compensated for serving on the Board.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	A complete copy of the Form 990 is made available to each Director. At a regularly scheduled meeting it was discussed by the Board of Directors and approved for the record.
