28 To promote agriculture Farm Bureau, we provide popcorn bottled water during all events in the show area at the county 4-H fair. 20 volunteers interacted with 4-H members the public to share the importance of Farm Bureau.

Explanation:
Due to COVID-19 impacts, we were unable to file this return by the due date. The delay was caused by office shutdowns, staffing issues related to health, technology and communication issues, wellbeing and family responsibilities, and the additional responsibilities with new tax legislation from the CARES Act. However, once the oversight was recognized, as soon as possible, the return was filed. This organization is essentially a volunteer organization. Therefore, any penalties assessed against the organization will take funds directly away from programs supporting the mission of the organization and may cause undue burden on a small not-for-profit organization.
