Return Reference Explanation
Form 990, Part III, Line 2 In 2020 the Association pruned and removed dead trees in East section of cemetery. Two new Okame Cherry trees were planted in the Old Burial Ground near the restored Nye family lot. Veterans flags were deployed in May and removed in December. A new lot marking system was purchased for initial corner-marking of lots in single and family sections of the cemetery beginning in 2021. Agreement was reached to add a railing to the stairs going down to the Pondside section with minor stone work to be completed first. One new lot was sold and ten burials were completed during the year.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6 Cemetery lot owners are members of the Association. They elect slate of Officers and Trustees at the Annual Meeting. Officers serve until replacements are voted in by the membership.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b Trustees are responsible for developing proposals for capital improvements of grounds and drives and for acquisition or sale of real property, all of which require approval by the membership.
