Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	As set forth in Bylaws: Nominations Committee shall consist of the current president, the president-elect and three (3) immediate past presidents. Each nominee for officers and district members require approval of a majority of the committee. Annual election is held in October. The number of elected district representative members shall be proportional to the number of Regular Active members practicing in any given district and this shall be determined annually. Additional nominees from the membership of the Association are requested by fax to general membership, allowing two weeks to respond. Slate of Nominees is presented at Annual General Membership Business Meeting, additional nomination taken from attendees. If any contested positions, ballots faxed to members allowing no less than two weeks to respond. Run-off elections will be held in same manner, if necessary. If no contested positions, election process deemed complete.
