Schedule I, Part I, Line 2

An application is made to the relief association by a member who is undergoing some type of financial hardship. The application involves a listing of available assets, monthly income, and outstanding applicable bills. The application is reviewed by trustees of the organization and they make a recommendation to the body of the organization as to the merit of the claim. Applications are then filed and maintained by the secretary of the organization.
