IMPROVING THE BUSINESS CONDITIONS OF MUTUAL DITCH AND RESERVOIR COMPANIES, IRRIGATION DISTRICTS, LATERAL COMPANIES AND ALL OTHER TYPES OF PRIVATE DITCH ASSOCIATIONS. PROVIDING TRAINING WORKSHOPS FOR STAFF OF MEMBERS, PUBLISHING A HANDBOOK FOR DIRECTORS OF MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS. INFORMATION SHARING REGARDING COMMON ISSUES OF THE MEMBERS INCLUDING INTERPRETATION OF THE LATEST WATER COURT RULINGS. CONDUCT RESEARCH AND ADVOCACY ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBER DITCH AND RESERVOIR COMPANIES. LIMITED EFFORTS TO PROMOTE ENACTMENT OF LAWS THAT ADVANCE THE MEMBERS' COMMON INTEREST.
