THE FOUNTAIN AND PARK ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, WHICH HAD BEEN BUILT AND MAINTAINED BY THE FOUNDATION, WERE DONATED IN JUNE 2005 TO THE METRO EAST PARKS AND RECREATION DISTRICT, A SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.
