We are a small volunteer group of board members that give our time to run a small neighborhood lake. We had a change in the Treasurer spot, due to the previous member moving out of state. The hand off of the responsibilities was not done properly. The filling of the Form 990 was overlooked during the change in the volunteer board members. Please waive any late fees and penalties.
