ALL OF OUR HOUSING PROGRAMS INCLUDE INTENSIVE, WRAP AROUND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)CRISIS INTERVENTION, CASE MANAGEMENT AND MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT, PARENTING SUPPORT, EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING SUPPORT, HOUSEHOLD MANAGMENT, FAMILY BUDGETING, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, ANDD REFERRALS FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING AND HEALTH EDUCATION. SERVICES ARE OFFERED BOTH ONSITE AND IN HOME FOR THOSE LIVING IN THEIR OWN APARTMENTS. LAST YEAR, WE SERVED 62 FAMILIES (100 CHILDREN AND 68 ADULTS) IN OUR BRIDGE HOUSING PROGRAM, 23 FAMILIES (39 CHILDREN AND 24 ADULTS) IN OUR HYBRID PROGRAM, 8 FAMILIES (4 CHILDREN AND 8 ADULTS) IN OUR PATHWAYS PROGRAM AND 36 FAMILIES (60 CHILDREN AND 38 ADULTS)IN OUR RAPID REHOUSING PROGRAM. IN TOTAL, 129 HOMELESS FAMILIES, MADE UP OF 203 CHILDREN AND 138 ADULTS, WERE SERVED IN OUR HOUSING PROGRAM. |
