1	Briefly describe the organization’s mission or most significant activities: AIA Silicon Valley is a local association with over 600 member architects and allied professionals, representing Santa Clara County. The chapter has led over 60 programs and signature events with thousands of attendees in 2020, including a conference with three educational tracts. As a provider of continuing education for architects, our trainings focused on topics of health, safety and welfare in architectural services to satisfy licensure requirements. The chapter also provided public programs including the annual Home Tours program, featuring four modern and sustainable homes designed by local leading architects. The Orgnization also honors the top architects in the area with their feature event: the Design Awards.

Briefly describe the organization’s mission: AIA Silicon Valley is a non-profit professional association serving over 600 member architects, associates and other industry professionals from over 145 firms. The Chapter, founded in 1950, is an action oriented, responsible organization, and one of the larger and more active chapters in the country, providing professional, social and legislative programs for it's membership, many of which are open to the public.
