TO FOSTER, PROTECT AND PROMOTE THE WELFARE AND INTEREST OF ALL FRANCHISED DEALERS OF NEW PASSENGER CARS AND TRUCKS WITHIN THE CITIES OF SHREVEPORT AND BOSSIER CITY; TO PROTECT AND ENCOURAGE SUCH TRADE AND COMMERCE BY SERVING AS A CENTRAL AGENCY; TO COMBINE THE INTELLIGENCE AND INFLUENCE OF THE MEMBERS AGAINST IMPOSITION AND FRAUD; TO SECURE UNIFORMITY AND EQUITY IN BUSINESS ETHICS AMONG MEMBERS; AND TO EXPOSE, BY CONCENTRATED ACTION, ANY ACTIVITIES WHICH WOULD ADVERSELY AFFECT THE FRANCHISE SYSTEM AND AUTOMOBILE OWNERS.
