Originally I sent a paper filing via USPS mail in September 2020 as I have been doing for many years. Much to my surprise, I received a letter notifying me in April or May 2021 that no filing had been received. I thereafter responded via USPS mail that I had in fact already filed the forms and once again included the 990 forms. Then, I received another letter in June 2021 notifying me that the organization's 990's must be electronically filed. I was unaware of this change and am again submitting the 990 forms via electronic filing.
