What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? CHEZ FREDA CORPORATION (CFC) PROVIDES DINING FACILITIES FOR THE FAMILY OF MR. ORLANDO J. BUCK, WHO DIED IN 1919. ONLY SUCH DESCENDANTS ARE ELIGIBLE SHAREHOLDERS OF CFC AND ONLY SHAREHOLDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND GUESTS ARE ELIGIBLE TO USE THE DINING FACILITIES. SHAREHOLDERS ARE BILLED FOR DUES AND ASSESSMENTS AS WELL AS FOR ALL MEALS PROVIDED
