Munn Architecture is owned by Scott Munn who is a member of the board of directors and currently serves as Vice Commodore. All transactions with Munn Architecture were approved by the board and Mr. Munn recused himself from voting on all matters related to his firm. A member of the organization who is also an architect has reviewed all invoices from Munn Architecture for approval and all transactions were conducted at arms-length and fair market value.
