Once the CFO agrees with the return, it is reviewed by the Board Chair and accepted. A draft is sent electronically to the Board Members for review. All reviews take place prior to filing the 990.
Pt VI, Line 12c	All Directors and Officers sign a conflict of interest policy annually. This is reviewed by the Board Chair. The Board Chair has the power to remove any Board Member from voting on an issue where there could possibly be a conflict of interest. Generally, Board Members remove themselves from the voting process voluntarily.
