Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder	According to the Bylaws of the Organization, Membership is limited to those who obtain the Organization's services, acquire interest in its assets in proportion to the business done with the Organization and have a voice in its management. Every person who owns property served by the Water System may become a member of the Organization upon signing applications and agreements for the purchase of water and upon payment of connection fees imposed by the Board of Directors. A single membership may be issued to all persons owning or having a substantial possessory interest in the property. Only one membership may be held with respect to property at one time.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	At each annual meeting, the members of the Organization elect for a term of three years the Directors whose terms of office have expired.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	Officers and Directors may be removed from office only by a vote of a majority of the members of the Organization representing a quorum at a regular or special meeting of the members. Before such a vote can occur however, the charges against said officer or director must be accompanied by a petition for removal signed by at least ten percent of the members of the Organization.In addition, the Bylaws of the Organization may only be repealed or amended by a vote of the majority of the members present at any regular meeting of the Organization, or at any special meeting of the Organization called for that purpose.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Organization's Treasurer receives a copy of Form 990 and reviews its contents for any possible changes that need to be made to the return. Any changes that need to be made are communicated to the return preparer, after which the final version undergoes a final review by the treasurer and is then mailed to the irs.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available	The Organization's governing documents and financial statements are made available to the public upon request.
