The funds were not more than $5000 but exactly $5000 so not designated in part IV-21. The funds were earmarked specifically by the nonprofit for a building fund to purchase and renovate a historic Livestock Exchange Building on the Natoinal Western Stock Show grounds, which CSA uses annually in January. |
