Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Willow Oak (MD) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated was chartered on December 5, 2020 by 57 women. Linked in Friendship and connected in Service, the chapter has 57 members committed to transforming communities and fulling our purpose.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	All members of the organization have a vote in how the body governs the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	After the treasurer has completed the 990 the President is given a copy of the file to conduct a review. After all questions have been answered and any issues have been resolved then the 990 is filed with a copy sent to National. A copy of the transmittal is printed and kept in the treasurer's report until turned over to Archives. A summary is of filing is shared with the members of the chapter.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The chapter has an Ethic committee and the chapter monitors membership activities and advises members of any wrong doings and how to correct them.
