What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? In cooperation with public and private agencies, to develop proposed transit, traffic flow, and parking improvements for the Central Philadelphia area.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 During 2020, CPTMA did not record any program revenue, contributions or expenses. This is a result of current reviews of expenditures and practices by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania of all Transportation Management Associations, and CPTMA management requesting further clarifications of new program and expenditure guidelines. Management continues to work with Commonwealth officials to clarify requirements and expects to restart activity of CPTMA during 2021.
