X 2 Council 79, Affiliate, and Organizing Committee have evaluated the tax position taken and have concluded that as of December 31, 2019, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken, that would require the recognition of a liability or asset or disclosure in the financial statements. Council 79, Affiliate and Organizing Committee are subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions until the applicable statue of limitations expires however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress.

Council 79 is again an autonomous Council and is governed by Council 79s constitution and executive board. The dissolution calls for Council 79 to assume all assets, liabilities and obligations of the Organizing Committee and all employees by the Organizing Committee were transferred to Council 79.
