Explanation:

I called many times for explanation but always a message due to high call volume call another time. Because the Okauchee Lions Club voted to change tax reporting year end each year and spoke to International Association of Lions Clubs that this would be ok ending December 31. The online reporting would not allow a electronically filed form for 2020 because the IRS still has us on a June 30, 2021 schedule for reporting. Thus I faxed the extension form 4868 on May 11, 2021 to extend filing to November 15, 2021 and faxed a 2020, 990 form and schedule O also. Also, I set up an account as a non profit at "form 990 online" on May 11, 2021 to file the Dec. 31,2020 form 990 electronically. They advised me that this could not be completed because the reporting year needs to be changed by the IRS so do an extension form 8868. Thus I submitted the extension form 8868 on May 13, 2021 to extend filing to October 15, 2021 and submitted a Form 8453 Electronic signature form. Also, they think we are group ID 375849 and not group ID 0239 like IRS earlier suggested so please help clarify this.
