Form 990, Part VI, Section A	Article III Sec 1 of the By-laws of IBEW Local Union 2222 Building Corporation states that "Members in good standing in Local Union 2222, IBEW shall be members of the Corporation and upon any member of the Local failing to maintain himself/herself as a member of said Local in good standing, he/she shall concurrently with loss of membership of said Local, will no longer be a member of the Corporation".
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Members in good standing of Local Union 2222, IBEW shall be members of IBEW Local Union 2222 Building Corporation and members of the Local's Executive Board are the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	Article V Sec 1 of the By-laws for Local Union 2222 IBEW Building Corporation states "The Board of Directors shall consist of the Local Union Officers, including the Executive Board of the Local". Members in good standing of the Local are qualified to vote and elect a Board of Director.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	Local Union 2222 IBEW Building Corporation Board of Directors meet on the first Wednesday of each month to approve bills and discuss all fiscal and/or other matters. Minutes of these meetings are read to the membership of IBEW Local Union 2222 at their monthly union meeting which is also held on the first Wednesday of each month. The membership then votes to accept or reject these meeting minutes.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8a	& b The Building Corporation takes the minutes of their monthly meetings which are held on the third Wednesday of each month. Any committee of the Building Corporation is required to take minutes and have them read at the monthly Building Corporation meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Officers/Board of Directors are given the Form 990 before it is filed to be reviewed. A copy of Form 990 is given to the IBEW Second District International Office.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The "Conflict of Interest Policy" is given to all Board of Directors once a year. They read the policy and sign their name or e-mail that they understand the Building Corporation's Conflict of Interest Policy.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 14	Documents are kept for ten years and then destroyed. Three years of documents are kept in the office, records after that are boxed and archived. IRS, government filings and their correspondence and minutes of meetings are permanent records of the Building Corporation. This is part of the Basic Laws & Policies of the IBEW.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The Building Corporation has not paid any compensation to the Board of Directors. Article V Sec 8 of the By-laws of Building Corporation addresses compensation to its Directors. "Directors shall receive no salary for their service as a Director, but by resolution of the Board, a fixed fee and expenses of attendance may be allowed at each meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	All governing documents (By-laws), all IRS filings for the Corporation and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts "Articles of Organization " will be made available upon request within 30 days of the request.
