Pt VI, Line 7a	Members and the PA Insurance Commissioner elect the Governing Body.
Pt VI, Line 12c	Governing Body members are required annually to sign a Conflict of Interest Statement disclosing any conflicts.
Pt VI, Line 15a	PA AIP employees are managed and paid employees of AIPSO, Federal ID#13-2732270.
Pt VI, Line 15b	The compensation of all employees is reviewed and approved by Human Resource Services and the President of AIPSO, provided that persons with conflicts of interest with respect to that compensation arrangement at issue are not involved in this review and approval. The compensation of the person is reviewed and approved using data as to comparable compensation for similarly qualified persons in functionally comparable positions at similarly situated organizations. AIPSO participates in a variety of well-known regional and national salary surveys conducted by third party sources to obtain survey data. There is contemporaneous documentation and recordkeeping with respect to the deliberations and decisions regarding the compensation arrangement.
