Form 990, Part VI, Line 7a: How Members or Shareholders Elect Governing Body	Elections are held no later than the month of September with the voting members of the Association being able to vote at a regularly called Annual Meeting of the membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 7b: Describe Decisions of Governing Body Approval by Members or Shareholders	The Board of Directors makes recommendations to the membership for bylaws changes and committee assignments. The membership has the opportunity to vote on these changes.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The 990 is made available to the board electronically prior to a regularly scheduled board meeting. The Treasurer also reviews the document in detail with the preparer of the document. Any comments or questions on the document are answered and the review process is noted in the minutes of the board meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The first agenda item at every board meeting is that the board members review the agenda and disclose any conflicts.
