Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a IBEW Local Union 683 members elects its Business Manager and President who are automatically on the EICO LMCC Board of Trustees. The President then selects two other union members to serve with them on the Board of Trustees. Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. hires its Manager/Secretary who is automaticaly on the Board of Trustees. The members of the Columbus Division of the Chapter elects a chairman who then selects two other contractors members to serve on the Board of Trustees with him.. Thus the Board of Trustees of EICO LMCC consists of four union members representing labor and four contractors members representing management.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11a The Form 990 is prepared by a CPA from inforrmation provided by the organization Secretary. After reviewed and approved by the Secretary, who is statuary agent, the form 990 is presented to the full Board of Trustees for their approval before filing.
