What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? CMAA is a professional education association for managers at the country's leading clubs. Membership in CMAA affords managers unparalleled resources, professional growth and the most extensive and well respected certification program in the club industry.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 The Upper Midwest CMAA Chapter conducts an annual golf tournament with 50% of net proceeds being donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities-Upper Midwest. The chapter also conducts a toy collection drive in conjunction with the local Toys for Tots campaign.

29 Relative education to the profession is presented at monthly meetings, as well as 2 workshops per calendar year. Scholarships were awarded to chapter member applicants studying for the certified club manager designation. The Chapter also presents a Hospitality-Career Networking Symposium/Expo for students interested in internships and full time employment careers in the Club industry.
