	Monthly member meetings to provide forum for discussion and education. A presentation on a particular facet of project management or the skills needed to be developed to be a successful project manager is given by a professional in the field. The monthly meeting is traditionally attended by as many as 300 persons. Time is provided for networking and discussion. In 2020 the program presentation format changed to adapt to the Covid-19 protocols resultin gin lower registrations.

An annual leadership seminar is held for executives in the project management area to enhance their leadership skills. PMI also engages in outreach with various professional associations to promote the professional of project management. Occasionally grants or donations are made to such organizations and associations Due to Covid-19 restrictions, few outreach opportunities were available, and several planned forums had to be cancelled.
Form 990, Part III, Line 4d	Program Service Expenses 3,125, Grants and allocations 0, Revenue 0 Membership Services. PMI supports its members through communications via newsletter and its website. The members are exposed to project management information and professional articles. The organization also provides many volunteer opportunities to its members to enable them to gain skills and provide organizational leadership.

PMI has commenced a twice yearly even to encourage members who cannot attend the evening programs to come together for breakfast or lunch on a more informal basis to discuss and share their knowledge. PMI has a Mentoring service to assist new members with job and professional skills.
