Return Reference	Explanation
Part X, Line 2:	The Club, as a not-for-profit organization, is exempt from taxes on its exempt function income. Net income from Club charges incurred and paid by nonmembers is considered unrelated business income subject to Federal and state income taxes. The Club follows GAAP related to uncertain tax positions. The Club's accounting policy is to provide liabilities for uncertain income tax provisions when a liability is probable and estimable. The Club believes it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements. Management is not aware of any violation of its tax status as an organization exempt from income taxes. The Club is no longer subject to audits by the IRS for years prior to 2017.
