Form 990, Part III, Line 4d Program Service Expenses 0, Grants and allocations 0, Revenue 0 NEWSLETTER DIRECTORY Newsletter keeps members and other interested persons informed of Chamber evnets and activities and promotes member businesses in print. Directory provides substantive information to the general population especially persons interested in settling in the area and promotes member businesses to the community.
Form 990, Part III, Line 3 Due to the COVID-19 pandemic response, many events and activities had to be cancelled. Some of these activities had alredy obtained sponsorship receipts that will carry forward to future years. These activities include Workshops, Career Connections, N Leroy District, Young Professionals and the fund raising raffle. In addition, the Linden Gus Macker event was initially cancelled due to COVID but has since been discontinued permanently.
Form 990, Part III, Line 3 The Fenton Chamber Foundation was created in 2020 and secured exempt status as a 501c3 public charity. Charitable events that had previously been conducted by the organization were transferred to the Foundation, these include the Fenton Freedom Festival, Grow Linden, Scholorships and Youth Business events. These events will not be conducted by the organization in the future, but will be conducted by the Foundation, generally hiring organisational assistance.
