Part II, line 9	Be advised we allow no hunting on our property and are therefore considered a wildlife refuge. Additionally we maintain walking trails on our property for the enjoyment of our members and are considered recreational land. Because of these factors we are classified as agricultural land for tax purposes and are taxed at a lower rate than our neighbors. We inspect our property regularly by walking our property line.

Be advised we allow no hunting on our property and are therefore considered a wildlife refuge. Additionally we maintain walking trails on our property for the enjoyment of our members and are considered recreational land. Because of these factors we are classified as agricultural land for tax purposes and are taxed at a lower rate than our neighbors. We inspect our property regularly by walking our property line.
