Explanation:

Our original filing was May 14, 2021, on paper because I could not get the HR Block e-file to work. IRS sent notice CP259A on September 27, 2021 that they never received the filing. We sent another paper copy to the IRS on October 5, 2021. The IRS then sent us Letter LTR2694C dated October 14, 2021, that my paper copy, which they received May 20, 2021, (yes, 6 days after my original paper filing) was not acceptable because it had to be e-filed. So here we are trying again with a different service on a filing for a non-profit Veterans Organization that owes nothing, but is facing fines. Very disappointing that the IRS could not just warn us that I need to e-file for 2021.
