Form 990 for FY ending 8-31-2020 was mailed to the IRS on 12-27-2020. We received IRS notice dated June 21, 2021 that the IRS had not yet received filing (notice CP259A). Another copy of the filing was mailed on July 24, 2021. On or about Nov 23, 2021 we received the second filing back with notice that we must file electronically. (ref#0422604607).
