Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The club's members are made up of any dues paying individuals. Members are not required to be active golfers, but must keep memberships up to date.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The members of the club elect the members of the Board of Directors. Members of the Board of Directors are elected to a three year term.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	The by-laws require certain decisions to be made by majority member vote rather than the majority of Board of Directors vote.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8b	The committees do not have the authority to act on behalf of the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b	A copy of the Form 990 will be distributed to each member of the Board of Directors for review. Once all issues have been addressed, there will be a vote of approval by the Board before submission.
