What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The purposes for which Coalition of Haitian Diaspora United, Inc. is organized are exclusively charitable, scientific, social, economic, political, literary and educational political purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations within the meaning of section 501 8 (4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
