| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 2 | Johnny Fox and Betty Fox were son/mother. Betty is deceased and was replaced by Josh Morgan, who is son of Kevin Morgan, president of the association. It is hard to find people to serve on the board, and because Josh is aware of what his father does and what is involved in serving on the board, he was a good candidate. There are a lot of Morgans buried in the cemetery, and therefore, Josh is concerned in keeping the cemetery in good shape for his family members, past and future. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4 | Previous Board Member Betty Fox is now deceased. We voted new member, Josh Morgan, to fill her position, |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b | Form 990 is printed out and taken to our annual board meeting and given to each member attending the meeting. We go over the form during the meeting, making any corrections, etc., and then the form is sent to IRS. Copies of the form are also kept for anyone who wishes to get a copy who is interested in cemetery, etc. |
| Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 | Form 990 and our financial statements are always available to anyone who wishes to see them. We always have them available during the week of Memorial Day, as that is when we usually get requests for those,. We usually have volunteers at the cemetery during that time to answer questions, pass out the forms, and accept any donations people wish to give. Donations usually range from $1 to $50 from people who have relatives buried there and want to help with the upkeep of the cemetery. |
| Form 990, Part IX, Line 11g | Mowing of the cemetery is contracted out. This is the amount we paid this year to have cemetery mowed, limbs picked up, and graves repaired. |
