Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The Form 990 is provided to the Board of Directors of the Company. The 990 is reviewed during our first quarter meeting and then provided to the Internal Revenue Service on or before May 15th.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	All Conflict of Interest statements are reviewed annually by the Board of Directors of the Company
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The governing documents and Conflict of Interest statements are made available to the public upon request. The financial information (Annual Statement) of the Company is provided to the Missouri Department of Insurance where the Annual Statement can be viewed by the public. The Annual Statement is reviewed by the policyholders (members) of the company at the annual meeting. Any changes that are made to the governing documents of the company are voted upon by the members at the annual meeting.
